Implementation : SN Mastermind offers on-site installation services. Installations are all managed according to our documented implementation plan which takes into account all of the aspects of the Client.Implementations are planned well in advance with data matching processes in place to ensure successful migrations from legacy systems. As part of the implementation process, configuration, integration requirements and method of use (i.e. procedures), are documented for future reference to assist with support services.

Training : SN Mastermind offers comprehensive training services based on extensive training documentation. Users are initially trained using standard training documentation, and then trained using the systems specifically configured for the client. All modules have standard procedure documents associated with them that clearly define daily and periodic procedures. As part of the training process a copy of the standard procedure documents are modified to include any specific requirements such as reporting, or any other sign off steps specified for by the client..

Support : SN Mastermind offers a 24-hour support service for SN Mastermind implementations. Our support services include phone, e-mail and remote access support, as well as on-site support when requested. Support contracts also include platform and system upgrades. Support provided is a combination of partner-based support services and backed up by our support center based in Ahamdnar and Pune.
